A representative for the Atlanta Mercedes-Benz stadium told AP Monday, Jul. 26, 2021, that West planned to remain inside the stadium while working on completing “Donda,” his 10th studio album, which was then due Aug. 6, 2021. It eventually started streaming on Aug. 29.

Following the suspension of Kanye West's Twitter and Instagram accounts due to antisemitic remarks, Parler's parent company announced on Oct. 17, 2022, that Ye would buy the site for an undisclosed amount. By December, the conservative social media platform confirmed it would not go through with the deal to sell the site to Ye.

After tweeting that he was going "death con 3 ON JEWISH PEOPLE," Ye's Instagram and Twitter accounts were blocked, and JP Morgan and Balenciaga ceased collaborating with him. Adidas announced on Oct. 26, 2022, that it would stop manufacturing Yeezy products and stop paying West and his companies immediately. Madame Tussaud's London ceased showing the star's wax figure on Oct. 27. Forbes estimated that West's net worth is around $400m (£346m) - down from $2bn (£1.7bn).

After Elon Musk announced that his newly acquired company had restored Kanye West's Twitter account, the rapper returned to the platform on Nov. 20, 2022. In October 2022, Twitter moderators blocked Ye's page because of his antisemitic tweets. After confirming Twitter unblocked him, Ye tweeted: "Shalom : )."
