Colorado’s two largest reservoirs, Lake Mead and Lake Powell, have reached “dangerously low” water levels as of 2022 and hover at around 25% capacity. Federal officials called on the seven states to cut their overall usage of Colorado River water by 15% to 30% in 2022.

Donald Trump’s first wife was buried In July 2022 near the first hole of Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. Ivana Trump, who died at 73 after a fall at her home in Manhattan, is the first person known to have been buried at the golf course.

Why was Ivana Trump buried in a golf course?

Donald Trump is known for his tax-evading tactics. Conveniently, under the New Jersey state tax code, any land dedicated to cemetery purposes is exempt from all taxes, rates, assessments, real estate taxes, personal property taxes on their lands, business taxes, sales taxes, income taxes, and inheritance taxes.

Iran said the suspects were linked to the Baha’i center in Israel, where the religious group’s international headquarters are. In 2013, Iran’s top leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei published a fatwa (a religious decree) that bans all dealings with members of the Baha’i sect.

The Japanese government has launched a nationwide campaign to encourage people to drink more alcohol after alcohol consumption had fallen to an average of 75 liters per person a year in 2020, accounting for 1.7% of Japan’s tax revenue, down from 5% in 1980. Japan’s health ministry hoped the campaign would also remind people to drink only the “appropriate amount of alcohol.”

Unlike the Waymo service, “Safety drivers” will ride along in Lyft’s vehicles to take control of the car should anything go wrong.

Netflix released the first trailer for Wednesday, Tim Burton’s (Beetlejuice) reimagining of the Addams Family series, on August 17, 2022. Burton was previously signed to develop a stop-motion Addams Family film – which was later canceled. The series, starring Jenna Ortega in the title role alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzman, Gwendoline Christie, and Christina Ricci (who played Wednesday in the 1991 Barry Sonnenfeld live-action film,) premiered on Netflix in the fall of 2022. Spastic diplegia is a form of cerebral palsy (CP) – a chronic neuromuscular condition. It usually involves a constant stiffness in the muscles of the legs. The word “spaz” is considered a derogatory reference to the medical term spastic diplegia.

The 84-story residential house on “Billionaires’ Row” is the second-tallest residential tower in NYC, surpassed only by the nearby Central Park Tower and rising 1,428 feet (435 meters). The tower’s upper floors sway by a few feet whenever it gets windy, along with some very luxurious 360-degree view apartments.
